Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place off Elks Drive. This remodeled home features an open floor plan with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, indoor jacuzzi tub, full kitchen to prep your meals, office space, and utility room. The home has a very private backyard with outdoor patio siting and BBQ area. Level II EV charging is available. Guest have easy access to HWY 70, I-25 and Main Street.
No parties or gatherings of any kind. Sorry, no pets.
The space
Relax in this cozy & stylish Casita! The Casita has an open floor plan, comfortable living room with 65” HD TV and a pull out queen size bed , Master Bedroom with queen size bed and 55” HD TV, Bed 2 with queen size bed and 42” HD TV. Full kitchen, waffle maker, air fryer, microwave, slow cooker, and much more! Reverse osmosis at kitchen sink and ice maker. Private backyard with charcoal BBQ and a Level 2 EV charger.

Full access to the home and fenced backyard.
Other things to note
No smoking ( cannabis, vaping, e-cigarettes, etc) is not allowed anywhere on the property: Currently the outdoor hot tub is under repair.
