Desert Pool Oasis located in the heart of Las Cruces

We have added even more disinfecting processes to our already stringent cleaning procedures and provide everything you could ever need for a clean, safe and enjoyable stay.

Three bedroom, two bath, two car garage located in the Mall Hill Estates in the heart of Las Cruces. Walking distance to several restaurants and the Mesilla Valley Mall. The property features an in-ground pool, open concept layout, double-sided gas fireplace, central air-conditioner and heating, new tile flooring, and new stainless steel kitchen appliances, as well as new quartz counters in the kitchen and bathrooms.

The master bath features a garden jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and walk in closet. The grounds have a tropical theme featuring; several palm trees, a vegetable garden, a composite deck, gas BBQ grill and outside dining table for six. There is also a shaded pergola with seating for six overlooking the pool. The backyard is truly a private oasis, featuring mountain and sunset views. Two sun loungers next to the sparkling pool (heated on request for additional charge), and underneath the palm trees finish out the perfect backyard. This house has been completely remodeled and updated inside and out. All bedrooms plus the living room feature new flat screen TV’s, The beds are high end comfort with soft sheets and duvet covers.

One king bed in master with attached bath and walk in closet, second bedroom one queen with walk in closet, and bedroom three features one trundle bed with two singles. This property comfortably sleeps six people.

The property includes WiFi and Dish TV as well as an attached two car garage with access code. The open living area features a 55 inch flat screen TV DVD home entertainment system, new leather sofa, and two reclining chairs. You will not be disappointed with this property it’s truly an oasis in the desert.

There are security cameras on the outdoor premises for the safety of our guests.
