Enjoy some of the best fishing on Clarks Hill Lake, catching crappie and bass right from the dock!! Bring your boat and water toys and enjoy all the lake has to offer! Watch the deer graze off the back deck in the mornings, and grill burgers and enjoy the sunset in the evenings! Cuddle up on the 10 person sofa and watch your favorite movie on the big screen! Numerous golf courses and state parks within minutes. Soap Creek Marina, and Back Paddle Brewing Company are just a stone's throw away!! From Aiken, SC. I used to come to this very lake for years fishing and boating, so finally being able to have a place for not only my family and I, but to share for others to enjoy is awesome!
Why they chose this property
This 'neighborhood' is quiet. Just 4 homes, no HOA and 1+ acre lots so plenty of space. 5 mins into downtown Lincolnton and 1/2 mile from Soap Creek Marina
What makes this property unique
I think the size and location make this one stand out. It definitely has lakehouse vibes on the inside, but is big enough for the whole family to join comfortably. Having its own boat slip, and being by the boat ramp and marina are definitely huge bonuses
