The living room has a trindle bed (2 full twin size beds) The enclosed bedroom loft has a KING SIZE BED. Full baths on both floors. NEW SEALY POSTUREPEDIC MATTRESSES ON ALL BEDS FOR GOOD NIGHTS REST. Like most Condo Complexes in Mammoth are built on hill sides, from the parking area to the condo is a flight of stairs which gives you a great view across the Mammoth Valley & the Sherwin Mountains. SHORT 2 BLOCK WALK TO THE VILLAGE & GONDOLA with shops and restaurants . The Bus system for all of mammoth in any direction is located here at the village. ***MAMMOTH BIKE AND WALKING PATH TO LAKES AND ALL OVER TOWN IS JUST OUT OUR FRONT DOOR.***

I'm a skier and this location is perfect for all once you stop and park your car you don't need it again until your ready to leave. Mammoth has a great free bus system all over the area and the bus stop is an easy walk to the village.
