Summary:

Summit #217 just walking distance or a short car ride from the Eagle Lodge and Eagle Express Chairlift.



The Space:

The green line shuttle is available and goes to the Village and back during the winter. During warmer weather, hiking and biking trails are also close by.



The living room has a TV, wood-burning fireplace and some board games. Gather around with some hot chocolate and get some friendly competition going.



The fully equipped kitchen has a toaster oven, drip coffee maker, blender, wine ware, electric stovetop, and more. Cook up a hearty breakfast before hitting the slopes or enjoy a homemade meal in the comfort of your own home. By the balcony, there is a small propane BBQ grill available.



The bedroom has a Queen bed, TV and an attached bathroom. This home is perfect for a couple.



There is 1 underground parking space, shared laundry facilities, an exercise room, and a sauna. The BBQ stations, tennis courts, hot tubs, and swimming pools are only open during the summer. Some of the condo amenities like the hot tub will not be available due to COVID.



Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts’ policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. The condo is cute. The bed is very comfy, and the bathroom is well stocked. However, the kitchen items are very sparse. There’s not a spatula to cook with. There are no plastic containers, and there is no foil, plastic wrap, or baggies of any kind. The host answered my questions in a very timely manner. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful stay!

It was our first time in Mammoth. We had a great time. Everything was as describe. It had everything we needed. We didn’t have to go looking for anything extra. Location was great, across the street from a shuttle to Eagle Lodge. Our favorite was that we had indoor parking. It snowed the following morning and we got to put our chains on in the garage. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect mountain getaway

This was perfect for our ski trip! So close to the mountain - one bus stop away from eagle lodge lift on the Green line bus that runs every 15 minutes. The hot tub and Sauna were open and the perfect activity on our day off and after hitting the slopes. The check in and check out instructions were very clear. Would definitely book again if we ski Mammoth again!

The apartment was suitable for a few days in Mammoth, for an extended stay it was less comfortable. The apartment was functional but outdated and in need of some more amenities. Missing basic kitchen stuff, carpet needs replacing, vacuum doesn’t work.

This unit is in need of updating! There are stains in the carpet and it is frayed by the sliding glass door. The curtain is frayed also.I wanted to use the fan in the bedroom, but it was very dusty!Beware of units that are managed by a company! I was locked out after a long day at the lake and there was no one local to help me!! The only solution offered was to move to another unit without any of my stuff!!! They could not send someone until 10:30 the next morning!!!
