Our stay was “unBelizeable”! All of the communication leading up to our arrival was excellent. We knew exactly what to expect. Lee & team were so attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. When asked for authentic cuisine, they made recommendations of where to find the best of everything. We really enjoyed being in Secret Beach away from large crowds. The beach was almost private and offered fantastic snorkeling. My favorite part of the day was settling in for sunsets on the patio. Truly relaxing. Highly recommend.
Family of 4, stayed here for a week beginning of August. Super quiet, chill, and totally beautiful spot. Georgie and Chris took such good care of us! Thank you!
First off, let me say that the property managers, Leroy and Celeste, were wonderful. They were available any and every time we needed them to get the boat to Secret Beach, rent the golf carts, bring extra supplies , etc. I cant say enough good things about them. The house is lovely and has a variety of outdoor spaces to enjoy the views of the sea. Inside, both bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotless. Some issues, like poor water pressure all the time and very little hot water were inconveniences that are likely related to staying in a house on an island that is off grid. Everything is solar powered. It made showers interesting when water pressure just ran out while one of us was covered in soap. Just be aware of that…it wouldn’t stop me from staying again but it was sometimes inconvenient. The kitchen had fine appliances but would benefit from more utensils, cookware and a cutting board. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend this property. Would totally stay there again.

Great place to stay private beach, close to Secret Beach! ONLY downfall you have to park and lock up your golf cart and then take a small boat to get to the property! With older parents this was a nightmare! Wish we had known that prior to booking but overall great place
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villas Secreta! The sea views on the west side with the lagoon view on the east side were perfect for us as we loved both watching the sea and also seeing all the bird species visiting the lagoon. We were two couples in our sixties and the boat ride to/from the resort was easy. Lee was available to take us and retrieve us as we needed and was very attentive to any to requests or needs. We actually appreciated the fact that the resort is private. The only thing south of us was ocean and mangroves! The bars about 1/4 mile north, at Secret Beach, had music and guests during the day but they closed at 6pm so the evenings were very quiet and relaxing. The bars were also walkable via an easy path. The unit was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing! Celeste helped us with information, booking any excursions, taxi rides, etc. Vanessa made us amazing breakfasts every day and Lee provided boat transport, luggage, supplies, and villa maintenance. On one windy rainy morning Lee even brought our breakfast up to our unit. There is no sargassum seaweed on this side of Ambergris Caye and the beach is sandy. It would be great for families as you can walk out several hundred yards and not even be waist deep. You can snorkel but there isn’t a lot to see. One note is you only have access to the pool (a VERY small one 6 x 10?) if you rent the whole house or the one bedroom unit on the lower level. We do hope to return!

The location and ambiance of this property are amazing. Very secluded w an amazing beach and close to local resort style places to hang out for the day. The local staff with their amazing personalities & willingness to help put this stay over the top. Highly recommend. Kitchen was light on cookware but groceries are hard to come by on the island, plan on enjoying the breakfast & eating out. Bring snorkeling stuff as there are plenty of amazing things to see in the ocean right outside. Water was peaceful & calm almost all of the time - bring beach toys for the kiddos.
