Full bath/Step in shower, closet with cubes for clothing storage and coat closet.Rest in a new Queen size bed/bedding sleeps 2. Mattress is hybrid memory foam sleeper.

Perfect Fit

This studio was the perfect fit for my weekend. Equipped with all the essentials and cozy! Also close to my weekend event. Owners were extremely responsive. I definitely recommend a stay here.

Great house and location

House was very clean and comfortable. The hosts answered all my questions very quickly. 10 min from Cambridge and 10 min from Black Water refuge. Its your own private studio over a garage

Being close to our farm where we manage Deer and Waterfowl to promote better hunting and wildlife habitat.

What makes this property unique

We are just minutes from the town of Cambridge on the quiet outskirts of Church Creek. Quaint historic downtown shops and eateries to explore local Cambridge. Convenient access to Rt. 50 which puts us Half way to the beaches- Rehobeth, Dewey, Lewis of Delaware and Ocean City Md beaches are all with in a 90 minute travel time. Two shopping outlets: Queenstown Outlets and Tanger Outlets of the Beaches with Salisbury Md located 50 minutes away. There is Blackwater refuge within minutes, Harriett Tubman museum outside of Woolford and Gootees Marine a few minutes away for fishing access.
