My family and I had a great 3 nights in this cabin. The cabin has everything you need. We were able to ride quads right from the property and able to rent a side by side up the street. It was fun for everyone. We will be back!

We always appreciate folks who love our cabin and the area as much as we do! ☺️
cleanliness wasn’t the greatest, crumbs all over the counters dirty laundry in the washer.

Not sure why there was laundry in the washer as this is not a part of our cleaners’ responsibilities. I will definitely let the cleaners know about the crumbs.
Excellent location for 4 wheeling. Well insulation to keep air temperature stable. We had an issue with the air conditioning ... repairs were done immediately. The toilets are both very small, low to the ground. I have a knee issue and my boyfriend is over 6 feet. I had to go to the nearby Walmart to get a riser toilet seat. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to visiting again. We made sure to clean thoroughly before leaving. We brought sleeping bags rather than having to bring sheets and making beds.

I must say I’m a bit surprised by this rating. From your communications, I thought you loved our place. We’ve nevet had any complaints about small/short toilets. We do take suggestions to heart and will be installing a pull bar beside one toilet.
This is an ideal location and the hosts are very communicative! You should know that there is no linens for the beds, but there are a couple of blankets. You need to bring bottled water and you are responsible for taking out all the trash. You need to take it with you. There is no dumpster for you to put it in. Very nice home, very close to the state park which is what we wanted. Had AC which was great because there was a heatwave and very well stocked kitchen. We didn't need to bring half the things we did. We went with our 4-month-old and were excited that there was two rooms thinking we would put her in one. We ended up putting her in the living room actually because it was the darkest area of the house but it did mean we didn't get to use that space as intended. So just know if you have a pack and play and are thinking about using the sunroom. It is indeed a sunroom and the curtains do not block out to sun it all. We could have maybe fit her pack and play in the closet of the other room, but the AC unit made that room extremely cold which is nice for us but not so nice for a baby. Overall I would stay here again because we needed the fridge and the AC for our baby but I'm not sure I would stay again if it was just adults for the price.

Our description clearly states we do not provide linens, towels, pillows or water. We communicated numerous times prior to your visit about your concerns. Very Very Very Surprised that you didn’t indicate that you locked yourself out of the cabin and we had you back inside quickly. Hoping you find a more suitable place to rent in the future.
Property was on the atv trails with ample parking for our group. The house was clean and the host Julie was easy to reach. We would definitely stay here again!
