Comprising 3 spacious suites, 1 single bedroom, kitchen, balcony around the entire house, living / dining room with fireplace. outdoor area provided with tables, chairs and hammocks, and barbecue, garden and shower.

Building 70 is very well ventilated in all environments. Hot showers, refrigerator and freezer, TV with NET, WiFi, microwave, stove with 4 burners, cupboard with hangers, tables and chairs.

The structure of the condominium offers 24 hour security, restricted access to external vehicles and large recreation area.

Inglês, Deutsch, Español and Portuguese spoaken: The house is located in the Green Stone condominium, main postal card of Ubatuba, just a few meters of the fantastic Lázaro and Domingas Dias beaches.

It has three big suites, 1 single room, fully equipped kitchen, terrace all around the house, living and dining room with a fireplace. External area has tables, hammocks, chairs and a barbecue place, garden and shower.

Built in the 70's the house is very comfortable and airy in all the rooms. Hot showers, refrigerator and freezer, Cable tv, WiFi, microwave, stove, cabinets, tables and chairs.

The condominium structure offers 24 hours security; restrict access to outside cars and a big leisure area.
