Fabulous Dana Point

Our stay in Dana Point could not have been better. The accommodation is extremely well appointed and very reasonably priced given its walkable proximity to the harbor at Dana Point and the associated amenities in the near neighborhood. Doug is a very attentive and gracious host. We would definitely book this property again.

Great location - cute clean and comfortable!

It’s a very nice condo located a few minutes to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The unit is very clean and nicely upgraded and decorated. It is was very comfortable for 3 adults and had everything you need for a wonderful stay! The owners were very nice, available and easy to communicate with! Great homebase to connect with family locally

Very nice one bedroom unit with kitchen and comfortable sitting area. We found the location to be particularly convenient to walking down to Dana Point coffee shops/ restaurants. Checkin/out very easy, its situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We will definatly have this in rotation for future visits.

Great spot for a short term stay!

Thanks for the great stay! The location was close to the downtown areas of Dana Point, allowing us to walk anywhere we needed to go. Parking was simple and always available. We loved the layout and decor; the unit was clean and spacious.

Perfect trip

The property was very cute and clean and in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do while visiting. I am glad I went this route instead of getting a hotel room. It was the perfect trip for my sons birthday.

Great 2 weeks in Dana Point

Great place to stay has everything you need for a great weekend, week or more. We stayed 2 weeks and Doug and Soosan are awesome host. Great location 10 minute walk to the harbor and strand beach. Dana Point and the Lantern district have some great restaurants and many things to do. Can’t wait to get back next year. Definitely a 10 !!

Great location, beautiful spot. Comfy bed. The bedroom window and fans made the sleeping temperature restful, cool and comfortable with out annoying air conditioning. This rental is open, and airy. Nice shower, lil azz bathroom sink tho. We enjoyed the patio/ outdoor space. Great kitchen and amenities. We actually cook and had quality non stick ceramic pots and pans to use. Full size fridge and freezer with a nice pebble ice maker. Close to San Juan Capistrano and niche beach communities. Take advantage of happy hour there's several great options nearby. This is a keeper!

A booking you will not regret!

We chose this listing for a 5 day father-daughter surf trip and we are delighted we did. We were driven to book this stay for its location, its brightness and most of all cleanliness. Our expectations were exceeded on every level. Even the most hard to please guest will be satisfied here. Would we book this listing again? A 100% we would! Doug and Soosan are great hosts. Perfect stay in Dana Point

The unit was fantastic as depicted in the pictures. The owner Doug was incredibly friendly and responsive also. The unit is nicely kept with a great kitchen and a gas stove. It is literally 3 minutes from Strands beach and you can see the amazing ocean view as you approach and go over the hill. I’d recommend this unit to anyone staying in Dana Point. I plan on repeating in the future. Thank you so much, Doug!!

Kitchen well furnished for cooking. It is a nice place but noisy. No AC which we didn't know so had to open sliding doors. Right outside one door is a stop sign about 75feet away so there is lots of engine noise at this busy intersection with all the cars and trucks accelerating. We were also awakened one night at 1:30 am from upstairs neighbors walking around. They walked around a lot. WIFI could not handle Zoom calls.

Great location

My family and I stayed at this beautiful location because we were visiting Dana Point to attend an anniversary party. The location was great, the VRBO was clean, well stocked and the owners were kind and accommodating. My only issue was parking. Street parking is extremely limited and although there was a parking in the back, it was t clear if that parking was just for us, or others. A few times there were cars parked in the stall that I was told to park in, and a few times I was blocked in by other cars. The last few nights I just parked about two blocks away on the street. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay!

Great Unit - Set up Well in Dana Point

Great unit, well stocked and nicely hosted in Dana Point. The unit is situated for exploring the city and travelling up and down the coast. Everything in the unit is new or 'like' new. The kitchen is nicely set up if you are looking to cook and the front and back balconies are nice to have for mornings and evenings (back porch fits 2 "for tea" front porch seats more + BBQ). Owners are in a separate unit on the property to help ensure everything is well maintained. The property has public street parking right in front of the unit as well as private spots available around the back if needed so parking was not an issue.
