Treetop Cottage - super cute beach tree with great privacy and walk to beach
Situated on a oversized wooded lot, Treetop Cottage has been lovingly renovated inside and is now available for rental.
Peaceful location where you can listen to the bird's chirp in the trees, yet within a mile to Manasota Beach.
On entry into the home there is a screened in patio with large comfy sectional, table and chairs for outdoor living along with gas grill.
Going up the stairs you come into spacious living room with open plan kitchen. All is brand new - shining white kitchen with quartz countertops, built in dining area with 4 chairs and stainless appliances. Living room has very tasteful furnishings and flat screen smart tv on the wall
There is small deck off the living room with couple of chairs and small table - great place to enjoy a morning coffee.
Going through to the bedrooms, one has queen size bed with another deck to enjoy the scenery. The other bedroom has queen size bed with a twin bunk. These bedrooms share the houses' full bathroom where again everything is new.
Home is completely tiled for easy beach living.
Minutes to Venice, Englewood shops and restaurants.
