Wonderfully, cozy, and clean rental! Convenient and well equipped!

We found a new home away from home! It's cozy, convenient, clean, and equipped with everything you need while away from home. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The owner was amazing too! He reached out several times to make sure we were okay and enjoying our trip. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend to others!

Fresh, beachy, convenient!

I stayed @ Nicholas’ property when their schedule & mine fit for over 8 weeks while ‘homeless’ following damage to my home during Hurricane Ian. The location was convenient to Dearborn St Farmers Market & shopping, beaches, and to check on my home as repairs commenced w/in 10 miles. This is a charming well equipped and pleasant unit and it was my pleasure to stay there during this Unexpected and difficult period. I’m grateful to Nicolas for his generosity and in helping me resolve more than one issue During my stay!
