-Complimentary spa heating, heated MAX temp is 101. Pool heating is available for an additional daily fee.

-Wireless chargers in bedrooms and living room. Numerous USB 2.0 and USB C outlets.
-All film and photo shoots require prior written consent including a separate location agreement.

GUEST ACCESS:
-Guests have access to the entire property EXCEPT the garage.

SAFETY, CAMERAS and PARKING
-Cameras: For your safety and the safety of others we have 4 exterior cameras including the front door, driveway, front yard and backdoor. Recordings remain private and may be used to monitor occupancy and other policies.
-Parking: The driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles. NO Street parking allowed per city ordinance.
-Safety: fire extinguisher under kitchen sink, hard wired carbon monoxide alarm, hard wired smoke alarm. First aid kit on site.
-Maintenance: landscaper on Wednesday, pool on Tuesday and Friday, trash on Monday
-Pool heating requests must be made 72 hours in advance of check-in. Pool heating is an additional $94 per day for the length of your stay. Max heated pool temp is 86. Spa and pool cannot be heated simultaneously. (Please note heating request when booking. Fees paid prior to check-in)

HOUSE RULES
-NO 3rd party bookings.
-NO PETS. NO ANIMALS. We are NOT an animal friendly home.
-Minimum Renter is age 25+. Renter MUST be staying at property and signs a rental agreement
-NO smoking, vaping or cigarettes
-NO parties. NO large gatherings.
-STRICT city enforced quiet hours: 10PM - 7AM EVERYDAY
-Treat our home with respect
