Access to the entire house is yours. You will be provided directions and code to the door lock 48 hrs prior to arrival date for keyless self check-in.

Property has an upper and lower portion, connected by stairs. House and lake are located on lower portion, upper portion has the parking area, right off Houghton Lake Road. Parking, stairs, and dock are shared with the other rental house on the property.

🚗 Parking – Onsite parking for up to 3 vehicles or 2 vehicles and 1 trailer is provided. Parking area is on the upper portion of the lot, which requires walking down stairs to the house on the lower portion of the lot.

⚓️ Dock – Use of dock is limited to one side of the dock corresponding to the side the house is on. *Dock is available around Memorial Day through Early October

🚤 Boat Launch – DNR Boat Launch is located just 0.7 miles from the house.

🔥 Fire-Pit – Provided for your use. Bring your own firewood, please keep fires contained and extinguish when finished
