Spacious Higgins lake cabin Sam o set
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Short walk to Sam-0-set beach, quick drive to south state park! House sits on a quiet family friendly dirt road with little traffic. Fire pit, deck, bbq grill, plenty of yard space for fun and games! Laundry on site, no need to over pack!
First floor laundry, kitchen, living room, full bath and 1 bedroom. Upstairs, two bedrooms and one full bath

The garage will be locked. Guest have access to all other spaces.

The house has not been child proofed. There are no gates for stairs, outlet covers, etc. it is family friendly, but you will need to bring your own safety devices if needed.
