LUXURY Lakefront Property on Private Beach with Stunning Lake Views and Sunsets

Built with the utmost attention-to-detail by an acclaimed interior designer this Union Pier property is the best that Southwest Michigan has to offer. The main house has four bedrooms with an open floor plan on the 1st floor including the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The finished basement has additional sleeping space for 2 people (2 twin beds) and a large sectional couch. Lake views are visible from almost everywhere in the main home.

Outside you will find a huge deck with an outdoor fire pit, a screened-in porch with an eating area, hammocks, lounge chairs, and tons of additional space for entertaining or relaxing. The property sits on a private beach with 100 ft of lakefront. You will have the beach to yourself all day and can have campfires on the beach every night.

Directly behind the main house you will find an adorable cottage used as a guest house which allows for privacy away from the main home. The guest house includes its own kitchen and living room with pull out couch and fireplace on the first floor. The 2nd floor includes a queen bed, twin bunk beds, a loft sleeping area, and a living area with fireplace, and a bathroom with shower.

This home was built with all high-end material and no expenses were spared. Located in the heart of Union Pier, it's minutes away from popular restaurants and only 10 minutes from downtown New Buffalo.

This place is lovely. We rented for family getaway with 14 people ranging from 2-75 and it was perfect. The house was very clean and views are so nice. It’s our second time and def coming back for a third.

Another family vacation in the books! Our family loves staying at this home. The beach and views are the best. Great house for a good size family! Plenty of towels, beach chairs and toys too. The area restaurants are a treat for us too.

Beach Week 2025: Wow!

Our family loves beach week because this house and private beach are amazing!! The house is fully equipped and the beach shed has lots of chairs and toys for everyone to have fun at the beach. I love that the kitchen, dining area and family room are all connected. The back porch area is huge for all of us to relax and watch those beautiful Lake Michigan sunsets. We have made so many happy memories here. And-Mo the manager was very helpful and nice when we had a minor request. The owner is wonderful to work with too. Truly a great week. We’ll be back again-can’t wait!

Best Family Beach Trip

Once again, this place provided our family everything we needed! We love the la la lake(the littles call it) the outdoor area overlooking the lake and the open concept house for our family mealtime and gatherings. A real treat for us!

Relaxing Stay

We reserved this beautiful beachfront home for our annual family reunion and it was perfect! The view was fantastic and the indoor and outdoor areas accommodated everyone comfortably. We enjoyed the fire pit nightly and the beach area was magnificent! The kitchen was well stocked with adequate supplies needed for cooking. We specifically loved the round table for dining. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend.

Beautiful property! Can't beat the view and private beach.

We enjoyed this beautiful home and guest home on Lake Michigan. The outside backyard area is positively delightful. The kids loved the beach and playing ping-pong in the finished basement. It was the perfect place for an extended family (grandparents, children, and grandkids) to have a long weekend.

Beautiful house and amazing location

We were a group of 10 adults and 10 kids under the age of 8. This house was perfect for us! We loved the beach as our backyard, swimming by day and campfires by night. The host was a great communicator and very helpful as we planned our trip. We’d love to return!

A treasure in Union Pier

This beautiful house is so comfortable and accommodating that you will never want to leave. The added benefit is the coach house the outdoor space is gorgeous and enormous.A fire pit to hang around or make s’mores over. The views of the lake are spectacular and you can sit and relax in the gazebo or one of the hammocks strung from the trees. This is our second stay here, both for family birthdays and although the weather was a bit cooler than the first stay we still had an amazing time. The host and manager were very attentive and responded quickly to our needs. I can’t recommend this house more and we will definitely be back!!

Fantastic winter getaway!

Wonderful all around. Adam was super responsive about renting on short notice, and Mo was so helpful. Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood with spectacular views of Lake Michigan. The house was plenty spacious but also very cozy. Can’t wait to come back.

Another wonderful week at this beautiful lake house! The beach was amazing and the house was perfect and well equipped for our family. Another excellent stay...

This is our third time renting this home. It continues to be a charming and enjoyable lake house. It is very comfortable for us, we love the the beach and proximity to restaurants which we like. It is very relaxing to listen to the waves at night. The kitchen is equipped well for cooking, the washer and dryer are convenient and the air conditioner works well. Thank you again for a nice stay.

A wonderful weekend

We had a great time at this beautiful home. We were three families and with five children between the ages of 10 months to 4 years. The house was perfect for the kids to run back and forth to the beach, to cook big group dinners and to relax around the fire pit in the evenings. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked. The location can’t be beat. We will definitely be back.

Amazing beachfront getaway

We used this house as a physical therapy school reunion, and had an absolute blast. The location was perfect as you just have to walk down a couple of flights of stairs to Lake Michigan, and a few stores are close by as well. The sleeping arrangements were great as there are so many comfortable beds and couches, and plenty of things to do inside. The back patio was great to hangout for fires and card games, and the basement actually looks recently updated, even better than the pictures listed

Great experience

Three days after a major storm knocked down trees on the property and all across town, a huge effort was made to get the yard cleaned up and a broken window fixed. The place is stocked with everything you might need. Huge fridge, big bbq grill, more beach chairs than you’d need and a convenient fire pit right out the back door. Incredible view of the lake and sunset.

This is a great house for large families. Great kitchen, plenty of room for all ages. Wonderful outdoor area. Nice private beach. We had fun every night by the fire pit. Family Reunion and Birthday

I was absolutely swept away by this property. The house is stunning inside, the view of the lake from the house and the backyard space are incredible and the private beach access is amazing. We surprised my mom for her 70th birthday with a family get-together at this house and couldn't have been happier with this property. It is spacious, well-stocked, and comfortable from top to bottom. We loved our stay and we all left saying...we have to come back to this house!
