Nice property, great landlords, tough location

Liked everything about this VRBO, but it’s on a very steep slope. Getting in & out in ice or snow would be impossible.

I will give you some suggestions. 1. Include where to park on the check in instructions. 2. The first impression was a weed filled yard including weeds in the gravel walkway to the back entrance. At least keep the weeds short. 3. There were 2 bowls, 3 small plates, and 4 large plates. The glasses were very small. The silverware was very limited. Easy to rectify. The living space was fine, very livable. The noise from upstairs was intolerable at times. The footsteps are very loud. A small child was doing what small children do, running back and fourth and making loud happy child noises for long periods of time. On Saturday we got back to the place at about 6:30 and returned to what must have been a group of friends over to visit. For the next 3 hours we were listening to a group having a very good time, not crazy but very loud with the music and base playing, not crazy loud but overwhelming. There were now multiple small children running back and fourth making noises that small kids make. The noise did stop at about 9:15 so not overly late. To finalize, we spend about 3 months a year in the area, but will never stay at this location again.
