AMAZING private, updated home on a paved quiet dead-end road. Perfect for families to enjoy time together but spacious enough to have space to spread out. Open year round and perfect for cozy winter getaways and summer fun!
Year round enjoyment of beautiful Seneca Lake sunsets.

Gorgeous in ground private pool available mid-May through mid-September.

A chef's kitchen awaits you with large island for gathering with views into the open living room and dining room area where you can enjoy lake views.

Private master suite on the top level, with 4 other bedrooms.

Watch sunsets in the Adirondack chairs on the beach, dock or just across the street from the front porch. Plenty of lounge chairs surround the in-ground pool.

There is a patio off the kitchen with a grill for the perfect outdoor dining poolside experience.

Enjoy the lake and use the paddle boat and 2+ kayaks we have available.

There are several great attractions nearby.
The Lakeshore trail in Sampson State Park is less than 1/4 mile from the house, which is perfect for walking, running or biking.

Watkins Glen offers many great attractions; including the 3rd best park in the USA.
Ithaca is a great city with many great restaurants and home of Cornell University and Ithaca College.

Our home is located in the heart of wine country with several wineries nearby. We also have local breweries and distilleries in the surrounding area.

Bonavista State golf courses is less than 2 miles away.

Waterloo Premium Outlets is less than 20 miles away for a great shopping experience.

Del Lago Casino is about 20 miles from the house, providing entertainment, restaurants, slot machines and other gambling.

Absolutely amazing! The property was spotless and very welcoming. We travel a lot and this has been by far the nicest property we have stayed in. Jill was very responsive and really nice. The sunsets are breath taking on the lake. The pictures of this home does not do it justice. We are looking forward to coming back again. Thank you so much for letting us rent your property!

We have stayed in many places around the Finger Lake region and this is by far our favorite. This was our second time staying here and we plan on coming back next summer. The hosts are amazing! The house itself is beautiful and VERY clean. Our family loves the quiet neighborhood and the location. We can’t say enough good things about it and can’t wait to visit again!

The kids really enjoyed the pool and the playground. The house is large and well equipped. Plenty of room for our whole family. Very clean. The large dining room table fit all of us for dinner. There was also plenty of table space for outdoor dining. Our only complaint was that we would have liked a king bed in the master suite which is what we are accustomed to. The kids did not want to leave!

This was our first time visiting the Fingerlakes and we had a great time. We typically rent in the Poconos, and we were happy that the Fingerlakes has so much more to do. The house was a great size for our group. The short walk to the water was easy and the dock was great. I wish it would have been warmer when we were there so we really could have enjoyed the water and the pool. My kids used the playground and basketball hoop a lot instead. We did rent a pontoon boat from the local marina and that was a blast. We liked the updated bathroom on the main floor, and the basement seems new as well. The home could use some updated amenities though like new bedding, pillows and towels, and having things like shampoo/conditioner included. We rent a lot and that has become standard elsewhere and for the price of this rental I would have expected those. Minor changes that make a big difference but overall a good trip.

Perfect location for a family!!!!

House was perfect for our growing family. Enjoyed the outside space especially with the pool. We enjoyed sitting at the lake with a fire in the evening. It’s located on a quiet street yet very close to the wineries, breweries etc. we will definitely return!!!!

Not the most modern and updated,but that's not what we wanted. Great kitchen, lots of space to gather both indoors and out, perfect bedroom situations for our family, and a wonderful view of the lake. Jill was always prompt in responding to questions.

Absolutely wonderful place for family vacation.

There was so much space and it was so comfortable for my family which ranged in age from 16 to 92. This is our second stay at the house. I could not believe how fast the owner responded to my questions on the first day. I hope we can return. Loved it!

Lake house stay

The house was a perfect size and perfectly laid out for my group! The kitchen was large enough to cook for 12 in and enjoy all together. We really enjoyed the dock and kayaks provided- such a great added bonus with a beautiful view. We winery toured all day and enjoyed the grill, outdoor patio area, and fire pit at night. Friends reunion

Friends gathering to celebrate meeting on trip to Italy. Decided to do a reunion in the Finger Lakes. The house was in a great location and perfect for the 10 of us to reunite. We did a sailing trip on Truelove Schooner on Seneca Lake and did a brewery / winery tour. So many very close to this location. The house was large with many gathering areas, clean and comfortable. Perfect for socializing and catching up. Great fire pit on the lake. Jill was great with answering questions in a timely and complete fashion and very welcoming. We are already talking about going back again. More great memories created on this trip.

Could not pick a better Host or location!

Location was perfect. Everything as promised and more. This was a vacation to reset and relax and we were able to do just. On the lake, incredible sunsets, pool was large and perfect temp, plenty of space for outdoor games. For inclement weather the home is spacious with plenty to do. However, we had 7 days of great weather. Every day your private dock and firepit on the water provided an incredible sunset. Most important, our host Jill was always accomodating and great to communicate with. We travel often and I'm scoring this stay: 5 stars! The Bouchane's

Beautiful stay on Seneca Lake!

The house was beautiful and accommodated our family of 11 well! We rented the house from Jill who was wonderful to work with! It was a convenient place to stay attending a family wedding in the area ! The kitchen was beautiful. Enough seating for all and then some! With 2 full baths and 2 half baths, there was never a problem for our family getting ready before the wedding! The master suite was huge and remainiing 4 bedrooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated! I know we would have enjoyed the inground pool and sitting out by the dock by the fire pit at night if we had visited during the summer! Maybe we’ll be back in the future to stay during the summer months to do just that! Great place! Great stay!

Weekend at Seneca Lake

We were a group of 12 girls who needed a big place with a lot of space, beautiful views, and close to wineries for a bachelorette. Jill’s home was perfect for us. Not only was Jill friendly and accommodating, she was quick to respond to any of our questions and provided mostly everything we needed for our weekend. The rooms were spacious and fit all of us comfortably, we had space to gather and for privacy. The dock and lake view were breath taking. We were close to many wineries and restaurants in the area so that was also very convenient. Pool was closed but only because it was cold and early May when we arrived. We had a fantastic time and would love to visit again.

A little about me, I work for eCornell and have focused most of my efforts there on our hospitality programs offered from Cornell's School of Hotel Administration. I earned my Master Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell's School of Hotel Administration and am honored to take the skill sets I have learned in this program and use it to provide hospitality to our guest.

My husband and I live right next door to this home and enjoy living the lake life and want our guests to experience the best of lake life as well.
We purchased this home from my brother and sister-in-law when they had to move out of state to keep this home in our family. We live next door and hope to one day have our son or daughter living next door to us. As this is our family home we take great care in keeping the home in great condition.

We are located in the heart of the Finger Lakes making us close to many wineries, breweries, and other attractions. Being on the east side of Seneca Lake the views of the sunset are breathtaking!
