The 4 bedrooms consist of 2 rooms with plush queen size beds, one large room with 2 sets of bunk beds with pullout beds, and one room with 2 twin size beds. The first floor includes a large open dining room that can seat up to 8 people, an eat in kitchen with seating for 6, and a spacious, open family room with a 60" TV and a game table. An APEC reverse osmosis water filtration system has been installed in the kitchen to provide clean bottle quality water to drink to eliminate the need to bring bottled water. The front porch offers beautiful sunset views over the lake, and the back deck overlooks a large back yard. This property includes lakefront access across the road with a stamped concrete patio and seating to enjoy the sunsets.
Nearby attractions include wineries, breweries, restaurants, boat tours, golf courses, shopping, salons and spas. An affordable, family friendly state park is located approximately 10 mins away.

A small dog is allowed with an increase security deposit and an extra cleaning fee if needed. We will need to know ahead of time if a pet is joining your stay.
