Seamist #2 - RENOVATED 30A GULF FRONT, Sleeps 5, 1st floor & Private Beach.

Welcome to this charming Gulf Front beachside getaway in Seacrest Beach, Florida along the infamous scenic highway 30A! This newly renovated condo boasts 1 king bed, twin/twin hall bunks, 1 queen sleeper sofa and 1 bathroom. Enjoy an open-concept kitchen and living room with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. Step out onto the back patio to savor your morning coffee or watch the breathtaking sunsets in the evening. Just steps away from the staircase that leads you directly to the pristine white sandy beach. Your perfect beach retreat awaits!

Seamist Condominiums is a low density complex with only 12 units total and is located along scenic highway 30A on the Gulf of Mexico. This condo does off private beach access just steps outside the back patio.

BEDROOM:
1 King bed, Two night stands, 1 dresser and equipped with a smart TV. The closet is stocked with high quality hangers, iron, ironing board and extra blankets.

HALL BUNKS:
Twin/ Twin Hall bunks

LIVING ROOM:
Queen Sleeper Sofa, coffee table, 2 cozy accent chairs and a smart TV. There are also black out curtains for those wanting to sleep in.

DINING ROOM:
Round dining room table with 4 chairs.

KITCHEN:
Beautiful stainless steel appliances including side by side refrigerator with ice maker, range with oven, microwave, dishwasher and toaster oven. This spacious kitchen is equipped with all the essentials such as a toaster, kettle, knife set, ninja blender, coffee pot, cookware and cutlery. It also has a hop up bar with 3 stools for additional seating.

BATHROOM:
Tub/shower combo, toilet, single vanity sink, hair dryer, and there is a washer and dryer located right off the bathroom.

PATIO:
Just through the sliding glass doors is the patio facing the breath taking Gulf of Mexico. It comes with a high top table with 4 chairs and a lounger.

BEACH ACCESS:
Private Beach Access from the back steps of the patio. You can arrange beach chair service through our local beach chair vendor. Please reach out to arrange. There is an outdoor shower where you can rinse off your feet after coming off the beach.

PARKING:
1 parking space per unit. We do provide you with a parking pass for your vehicle.

2 Bikes for your enjoyment!

There are two grills in the back that are for the Seamist Condos.

Updated condo, beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay in Seacrest Beach! Very clean, updated condo with a beautiful beach view. The beach in this area is not crowded. The location is convenient to many nice restaurants.

Girls Trip

Location was great we enjoyed being right on the ocean. Sliding screen door was not working when we arrived, asked to have it fixed so we could have the glass sliding doors open but no one came to fix the screen which was disappointing.

Beautiful property and great location location

We love being right in the beach with little ones. Besides a couple things, property was very clean and up-to-date. Management company was very prompt to respond to text messages. We loved the location- close to everything. Overall a very nice stay.
