Mistral 22 was completely renovated in 2025. The new kitchen includes Taj Mahal Quartzite counters and backsplash, new soft close cabinets, a drop-in induction cooktop, new ZLINE stainless appliances, Kohler brushed brass fixtures, 4 bar stools, and is well equipped with everything you need including Henckels cookware and knives, Keurig K-Dou single serve & carafe coffee maker and Ninja blender. The living room includes a large sectional sofa, 65” Samsung smart TV, vaulted ceiling and wall to wall sliding glass door and windows with incredible views of the Gulf. On the balcony is a high-top table and 4 swivel pub arm chairs with panoramic views up and down the beach including an unobstructed western sunset view! The upstairs bedroom includes a Bernhardt Tribeca king size bed, 55” Samsung smart TV, vaulted ceiling with clerestory windows, built-in closet and a new desk & chair (not pictured). The upstairs bathroom includes a Taj Mahal Quartz double vanity, La Marca Calacatta Paonazzo honed porcelain shower, Kohler brushed brass fixtures, and a separate toilet room with pocket door. The downstairs bedroom includes a Bernhardt Sawyer king size bed, a 55” Samsung smart TV and built-in closet. The downstairs bathroom has a Taj Mahal Quartz vanity, Roca Kit-Kat tile shower, Kohler brushed brass fixtures, and a new LG stacked washer and dryer. In the hall there are two bunk beds with removable railing and stairs (pictured with & without). New shiplap and trim were added throughout, as well as new Resolve Coastal Oak floors throughout.
The beach in front of Mistral is private and for the exclusive use of Mistral guests. Included in your stay is a complementary beach set-up that includes 2 chairs and an umbrella. To get to the beach simply walk down the stairs and follow the walkway on the first floor around the side of the building and down to the private beach. For your convenience, there are showers and hoses located on the platform near the top of the stairs from the beach. Additional chairs and umbrellas can be arranged for an additional fee. Kayaks and paddle boards are available to rent, and bonfires can also be arranged, all through La Dolce Vita.
Also included in your stay are two complementary bikes. The Timpoochee Trail that runs the entire 18-mile length of 30A runs right in front of Mistral. Alys Beach is 1 mile, and Rosemary Beach is 2 miles to the East. Watersound and The Big Chill are 1 mile, Seaside and Watercolor are 6 miles, and Grayton Beach is 8 miles to the West. Publix and Starbucks are located 2 miles away via South Watersound Parkway. Additional bikes can be arranged for an additional fee through La Dolce Vita.

Mistral 22 is on the third floor, and there is no elevator.
Only one car is allowed per unit. A parking pass will be provided at check-in.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
