This is a new home recently completed in early June of 2024. This home has custom built craftsmanship inside and out. View breathtaking sunsets over the lake as you unwind from the day on our cozy front porch.

Perfect concert house right on Lake Beulah

Stayed here for a concert weekend at Alpine. Brand new property (the pictures are accurate). The hosts were great and always very reachable. They helped set up a great service for transport to and from Alpine. Next time I’m there will definitely book it again!

The best!

House is virtually new. Layout was just what we need, furniture was perfect. We will long remember all the adults watching the Olympics in the living room while the little ones slept. 10 out of 10!

Our group of ladies enjoyed the house for an extended weekend. The bedrooms and baths were perfect for our group. We cooked our breakfasts and most dinners using the well stocked kitchen and gas grill. One night the sunset was picture perfect so we walked down to Lulabell’s and watched from the dock. Another night we went to the Pizza Farm in East Troy (highly recommend to go when they open at 4pm on Fridays to beat the rush). Carol was responsive to any needs and we enjoyed the basket of goodies that was there when we arrived. Thanks for having us!

We loved our stay at this Lake Beulah house. It is as beautiful as the pictures show. The house was immaculate but, best of all, so organized and complete. Instructions were clear and the owner, Carol, was responsive. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. All the bedrooms were large with comfy bedding. We had three generations with kids as young as two and five and the layout/beds worked perfectly for us. (They provided a pack n play that fit into a walk-in closet for quiet for a light sleeper.) I highly recommend—one of my favorite vrbo rentals so far.

Great first stay

It turns out we were the first group to stay at this brand new build, and the setup was great! The home had plenty of space, brand new appliances, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. There is a reverse osmosis drinking water, and the in-home Sonos sound system was very cool and easy to use. Carol was very friendly, helpful, and had plenty of recommendations to help us enjoy our stay. Lulabelle’s Dockside restaurant was walking distance, and a great spot for lunch and dinner. I highly recommend this rental we all had a very positive experience during our stay!
