Discover the beauty of St. Augustine from this lovely 9+bedroom estate. Our estate consists of two main residences along with an exquisite Carriage House. The estate is complete with 6 king beds, 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 1 sofa bed. our property offers excellent accommodation for large groups of guests. Each of the 10 bathrooms is equipped with amenities such as soaps and linens, hair dryer, and showers and several have bath tubs. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including 2 sets of washers and dryers, 3 full kitchens with gas stoves and professional appliances, 2 luxury heated pools and grounds with courtyards, lounges, fire-pits, fountains and more. We have garage parking for 3 vehicles along with covered parking for 2 additional vehicles as well as space for 6 more vehicles, all on the estate ground and in designated areas.
Our estate provides seamless wiFi and TV's in 7 of the retreats. We also have a large gathering area we call the Oyster Room that provides for casual relaxing gatherings and a 65' TV for your viewing along with our other main Villa Living Room. Whether you're exploring the historic city or relaxing in the spacious rooms, it's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind in this extraordinary estate.
The entire estate is walled in and gated with access controlled gates to main driveway as well as garage controls. There is a lovely fire-pit area and grilling station just off the end of the main pool. Our pools are heated and very private.

Michelle met us there and walked us through the property so we knew how everything worked. She decorated the place for our daughter's wedding weekend with wedding coasters, ceramic cakes, and gave us wedding cupcakes, cakes, and cookies. It was an amazing touch and really made us feel welcome. The property is beautiful and the houses were exceptional. High end appliances, the beds were very comfortable, the pools and the atmosphere were incredible. I can't say enough about these houses. The estate was beyond our exceptions and we could not have asked for a better place for our special weekend.
Family from all over the country spending time together around the kitchen table, laughing and telling stories until late into the night.

Every single one of our friends and family couldn’t stop raving about how stunning the property was — the amenities, the layout, the grounds… everything was truly exceptional. Everything we asked for

This property exceeded our expectations. We hosted a small celebration of life and found ample space for everyone. Guests were amazed by its breathtaking beauty. While some furniture differed from the photos, which is understandable, the overall charm and attention to detail rival that of a 5-star hotel. We hope to rent this estate again soon. Howard and his team were exceptionally attentive and exceeded all expectations with their service.

We really enjoy sharing our homes with guests, so they too, can enjoy the history and excitement of our wonderful city, St Augustine.

Our estate is second to none. Spectacular Spanish renaissance designs all within a few minute walk to all of the historic center of St Augustine. Our estate offers complete privacy, with 2 pools, 3 kitchens and plenty of gathering spaces to enjoy a quiet day in the pools while the hustle and bustle of the vibrant city is just a short walk away. Our evening views of the surrounding architecture is spectacular. Our guests return as their stays are memorable and truly share a piece of the history of St Augustine.
