The house was spacious, well furnished, in excellent condition, very clean, well appointed, with a very well stocked kitchen. The location was close to many tourist attractions yet well located to avoid noise.

We arrived on Thursday and stayed 5 nights . The home is beautifully decorated , and the attention to detail was the best we’ve experienced in any of the numerous homes we’ve rented , all over the country .

Absolutely spectacular

The house is amazing. Perfect for our friend-group of 14. This house does not disappoint. It is spacious, functional, and beautiful for larger groups. Tammy and Joe were perfect hosts making our stay even easier. We hired a private chef for a special dinner and the massive kitchen was perfect. Will return if we ever have an excuse to do so.

Luxury, privacy and history included!

Our family had an incredible time at the Griffin Estate! Adults, children and babies were comfortable and happy in this pristinely updated historic estate. Joe and Tammy made sure every detail was considered - from the layout of the rooms, comfortable bedding, extra fans, and pool toys to a welcome basket of goodies and wine, extra toothbrushes, lotion and wipes, laundry detergent, everything you might have thought “oh no, I forgot…!” The home itself is beautifully updated, clean and comfortable. We loved how the entire home wraps around the pool making it easy to keep an eye on kids and ensures privacy. The “Yallaha” property is also a piece of St. Augustine history! Adults and children loved reading about the process of restoring the property and its place in the “oldest city”. My sister lives in St. Augustine and we will all be back to stay here next time we visit!! Thank you, Joe and Tammy!!
