In the evenings, relax by the fire pit where you may get a glimpse of wild turkeys or deer meander along the tree line. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, this home is ideal for a family getaway, long-term stays, or a temporary retreat on your way to the Blue Ridge Mountains. It’s also a great choice for anyone relocating to the Charlotte area while they search for their permanent home. Conveniently located just minutes from grocery stores and local amenities, this property is also close to horse farms and within 30 minutes of Charlotte, Carowinds, Lake Wylie, Crowders Mountain, and the Catawba 2 Kings Casino. (Please no parties or events). Please note that the fireplace is not operable. And no smoking inside the house.

Baseball trip

House was as described and vey clean. We stayed there a few night while our son played baseball in Clover SC. Only 20 minutes from fields and enjoyed cooking out on the grill each night to relax. Will definitely book again if in town for another tournament.

On the way home

We were on our way home from visiting The Billy Graham library. The house was very comfy for the 6 of us women. Located in a quiet neighborhood, The House was cleanwefelt safe.
