Whether you are in the area to visit historical sites, visit the parks, play at the Casino, or to simply unwind this 3-bedroom home is the perfect location. The home features an enjoyable modern design throughout with all basic amenities needed for your stay. One of the best features of the home includes ample parking for a trailer or RV as well as a large yard to soak up all the sunshine & fresh air! You might even find yourself enjoying a fresh seasonal fruit from one of our trees!

BEDROOMS:
The home has 3 bedrooms total with the ability to sleep 6 guests.

The countryside home features 3 bedrooms all of which include comfortable mattress, luxury linens & closet space. Each room boasts relaxing décor with the kid’s room featuring a rustic horse theme. The twin-sized room also has a single person desk perfect to catch up on some work or a place for the little ones to color.

The home features 2 bathrooms. The first one is newly updated with a modern vanity & a stand up shower. The second offers lovely navy-blue accents with a shower/tub combo. Hotel quality towels will be provided during your stay.

LIVING SPACE:
When you walk into the home you will be greeted by a cozy countryside living room featuring lots of seating with a leather couch & retro accent chairs. The space provides the perfect place to gather as a group to enjoy a game of cards or sip on a cup of coffee. The living area is completely open concept leading into the dining area & kitchen. The rustic dining table seats up to 6 guests’ total.

The newly updated kitchen has lots of counter space & stainless-steel appliances. The center island features 2 added barstool seats making it easy to grab a quick bite to eat. Appliances available in the home include a fridge, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, Keurig pod & drip coffee pot combo, & a toaster
oven making it easy to enjoy any meal you would like to create! The kitchen also has all basic cookware, plateware, glasses, & utensils.

OUTSIDE:
The parking & space is plentiful outside the home. There is lot of room to park your vehicles with covered parking available. There is also room for an RV, boat trailer or horse trailer.

You may spend all your time with us outside enjoying the beautiful & large, treed yard. There is plenty of room to run around, soak in the sunshine & enjoy the fresh air. There are even some peach trees throughout the property so feel free to enjoy one!

No matter what is bringing you to the Clover area you will be conveniently located to it. Whether you are here to soak in the US history, enjoy the lake, hit the hiking trails, or escape to the countryside there is a little bit of everything nearby!
