The space
Inside, both homes feature fully equipped kitchens stocked with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal. Whether you prefer the ease of a Keurig or the tradition of a drip coffee maker, we’ve got you covered. Each kitchen also includes complimentary coffee and tea, cooking and baking basics, a toaster, microwave, and a gas range with oven—making meal prep simple and stress-free.

Each house features two bedrooms and one bathroom, stocked with plush bedding, linens, towels, and toiletries for a comfortable stay.

Main House:
Bedroom 1 – Queen bed with a trundle single bed (for kids)
Bedroom 2 – Queen bed with a trundle single bed (for kids) + a pack 'n play
Living Room – Queen-size sleeper sofa & one queen air mattress

Casita:

Unwind under the stars in the hot tub or gather around the warmth of two gas firepits. Fire up the two outdoor grills to prepare a delicious feast, then enjoy your meal at the outdoor dining table or relax in the cozy lounge area.

For entertainment, enjoy a classic evening by the wood firepit, challenge friends to a game of foosball or cornhole, or choose from a selection of board games for some friendly competition.

Guests have access to the entire property. This is a fully fenced private property.

Other things to note
3 security cameras in the property: 1 located at back door pointing out to the back of the house, 1 at the casita front door pointing out to the backyard and 1 main house front pointing out to the front yard. All of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There is 1 noise monitor installed in the patio but it is not functioning at the moment.

Local Compliance: This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).

Damage Waiver (Optional):
Up to 10 nights: $59
11–20 nights: $59 + $4/night over 10 nights
Over 20 nights: $200 + $4/night over 20 nights

Optional Upgrades:

Music: Allowed outdoors until 10:00 PM. Small portable speakers only; no large speakers, DJ equipment, or karaoke machines outdoors.

Please note:

- No fireworks
- No unauthorized guests without letting the host know
- No shampoos, lotions or bath bombs are allowed inside the hot tub

PETS are allowed. Please let us know in advance. We charge $60 per pet for their stay. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet/pets in advance.

Hosts and owners are not responsible for your or your guests' safety inside or outside the property. You understand the risk of drowning in the hot tub and take full responsibility. Children should not be left unattended in the backyard or near the hot tub at any time.

Extra guest fee of $50 per guest, per night after the 8th guest.

Assumption of Risk:
By accepting this rental through Airbnb, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of spa for your guests. You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.

You recognize and understand that a Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area.
