We were delighted with our stay. The resort amenities were amazing. The condo was very spacious and provided a lot of privacy. The screened in porch off the back was a nice bonus. It was stocked nicely with the basics to get us started. We would definitely stay again.

It was an especially cold week so many activities were unavailable. However what was available seemed in need of maintenance. Somethings were broken. One hot tub was not very warm and jets weren't working. Other than that, staff was friendly.

River Island Village was Beautiful

We loved our 2 bedroom 7th floor Signature Suite at River Island Village. We loved walking out to the signature only lounge area with oversized comfortable lounge chairs along the lazy river. Our room was very clean and beautifully decorated interior. Felt like home away from home.

The host was really responsive and helpful through the process. The location of the unit in the large resort wasn’t fully clear before we got there and we were hoping for a ground floor unit (wasn’t guaranteed) but a little more clarity would be helpful pre booking.Overall a good experience
