Family Disney Vacation

We loved our stay and will definitely book again. We had previously stayed in the Mickeys Dream House that is next door and booked this stay based on how much we had enjoyed it. Comfy beds, comfortable furniture and gear pool for relaxing. Our Star Wars loving 18 and 20 yr old enjoyed the theming.

No lines, no craziness, and no over-priced accommodations/ entertainment. The townhouse was clean, cozy, and had fun for all ages. My kids loved the bunk room games and pool. Thank you so much for a vacation from our vacation :-)

This place was fabulous! It was extremely clean. The set up was perfect for my family. Our 2 grandsons loved their room with bunk beds and pinball machines. We were very close to Disney. I would highly recommend this townhouse!

Summer Disney before beach.

This is honestly the best townhome we’ve stayed at at Windsor Hills. We’ve stayed at Windsor Hills over a dozen times in the last four years and this townhome is, without question, the best. I hesitate to leave this review because I want it to be available the next time we travel to Disney World, but the owners, Lindsay and Bradd have gone above and beyond.. This place is awesome!

Property is spacious and clean. Adults and kids loved the tasteful Star Wars theming. Close to theme parks. Due to weather we were not able to use splash pool but we're happy to find the community pool was like bath water on a 60 degree day. Would book again.

Good place for a family Disney trip for a couple days.

Conveniently close to Disney, nice property. Neighbors were very noisy and kept us up most of the night. The water in all faucets and showers has a very strong sulfur smell, maybe the water heater needs to be drained and cleaned. Otherwise we were happy with our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Star Wars Retreat. House is as seen in the pictures. Convenient base to explore Orlando parks. Has a Wal-Mart near by. Hosts are very responsive to communications. The only minor suggestion is to consider add a trash bin to the upstairs bedroom. The check-in process was smooth. will stay again in future trips!

Wonderful Home

The house was absolutely beautiful and spotless!! We had everything we needed for our family of 4 to enjoy a week in sunny Orlando. The waterpark is literally 2 mins away and they have a small cafe at the waterpark where u can order food and ice cream… Having a private pool at the house was perfect for our 2 daughters ages 9 and 10. They played in it for hours when we wanted to just spend time alone together. Check in and out was a breeze and I love that the home is in a gated community and located near everything, from Disney to Walmart! Lindsay answered all my emails super fast. We had an amazing 7 days at this property and will definitely stay here again soon!

Perfect location

Unit was ideally located in proximity to Orlando’s attractions as well as in proximity to the clubhouse and pool for this complex. Unit was clean and well cared for, would rent it again. One thing we did find annoying, we were there for six nights and we’re giving two pods for the dishwasher, seems odd. Also, the kitchen lacked any tinfoil, saran wrap, no spices of any kind, not even salt or pepper. We felt that it should be better equipped. We were asked if we could start laundry before we left which is a very reasonable request and we would be happy to do so but I would’ve thought given the request, there would’ve been a little bit of laundry soap but there was none of that either. I would rather be charged $5 a day extra than have to run around picking up various items needed to run a home

We are are always learning and growing as hosts and appreciate your suggestions. We've already added salt and pepper into the home and are looking into getting a spice rack. We've also adjusted our messaging to clarify that we don't expect our guests to do any laundry for us before they leave. As our listing states, we do provide only basic necessities to get you started such as toilet paper, shampoo/soap/body wash, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, and a dish sponge. Many of our guests have found the onsite marketplace a convenient spot to pick up extra items they needed. There is also the Walmart Supercenter just a mile down the road as well. Thanks again for staying with us and we look forward to hosting you all again!

The Windsor Hills property is a gated community with pleasant staff. We felt safe the entire time throughout our stay and did not have any noise issues like we have in the past at hotels in Orlando. This property was great. The interior was modern and clean. The property owners were professional and prompt when we had questions and were clear about their rules. We have already planned another vacation to Orlando and will be looking to stay here again. Highly recommend.

So much attention to detail

My family had an amazing week at the Star Wars property. Bradd and Lindsay were very responsive. We changed our check-out date twice and they were very accommodating. The amount of Star Wars-themed decor is amazing. The kids loved it, yet it’s tasteful and appropriate for adults. It’s the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed at. The pool/slides are a very close walk. The kids had plenty to do on the days we stayed around the neighborhood. Definitely plan to come back!

First Time Renting a Vacation Home!

This was our first experience renting a vacation home and it was an amazing experience. The house was as described, the theming was great. Both young and old enjoyed the pinball machine, table games and pool. We felt safe in the gated community, the house was super easy to find and the location is awesome. Easy access to Starbucks, Walmart, endless restaurants and parks. Had a great time.
