AWESOME LOCATION
You will be close to all the downtown hotspots in this downtown duplex unit! Walk, bike, or drive hassle-free! The flat has one bedroom with a queen bed, a queen sofa bed in the living room, and a dedicated work desk. There is only one bedroom! There is also fast high-speed Internet, a full kitchen, a full-size washer/dryer, and a front patio with seating. Enjoy free parking and ease to come-and-go, at a location just a half mile from the heart of downtown. Drive an EV!? We have two chargers (level 2)! There is also a crib/playpen for infants and toddlers. This is the perfect place for remote workers, traveling families, or anyone in town for an event. We have outside cameras which are disclosed in our listing and tampering with these cameras or the internet will result in fines and possible eviction. No immediate or local guests are allowed to book! Only authorized guests are allowed.

A gem in Raleigh
We were delighted to have this clean, up-to-date, and inviting space. The hosts could not have been more immediate in communication about clarifiers, or to answer questions. The neighborhood is walkable to downtown, though we did drive. Stayed here for a work conference.The space is fashionable, clean, modern, and well appointed. Thank you for hosting !
