Cross Timbers Country Cabin #2

This cabin is located in the heart of the Cross Timbers Wildlife Management Area. Ideal if you are an avid hunter or hiker. Also, perfect if you just want to get away for a quiet time to yourself.
Great for family get together, as two cabins and a mini cabin on this property, and we have the Stockton Ranch cabin across the road. Can accommodate a family group of up to 20. Also have a swing-set/play ground on the property. This cabin will sleep 5, if you need more space, for and additional cost, the mini will sleep 2, ideal if you have a couple teenagers who would like their own space.Winstar and Lake Murray are a 30 minute drive, Falconhead golf course is 10 minutes away.

Our experience

Duane was an amazing host! We had an amazing stay and already are planning a return! We spent the days fishing and feeding donkeys. It was a great get away and time to connect with nature and be to ourselves. 10/10 recommend!

Cabin was clean and was pet friendly. Might have been nice to know that it is very remote and that there are donkeys on the property. Our little dog had a run in with one but everything turned out just fine.Overall it was a very relaxing time and would probably rent it again.
