Located just minutes from Lake Murray State Park and plenty of parking for all your toys. Rest assured that you will find this home to be clean and well maintained. We now have high-speed Internet! Located just off I-35 for quick and easy access. Features no immediate or visible neighbors!

There is plenty of room for your whole family to spread out and relax both indoor and out. There are no immediate or visible neighbors so you are completely private. Plenty of pull through parking for boats and trailers with no backing required..
This home is well insulated so it stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter and we allow you full access to the temperature controls.
Featuring nearly 200 channels of DISH Tv there is no need to remember to bring your login and password info.
The open concept first floor allows you to cook in the kitchen while talking with family in the living room.
