About this property
On the rivers edge, the ideal spot between town and RMNP! License #6203
Two bedroom, two bath, light and airy condo. Open to responsible couples and small families, you’ll love the location of this end unit two bedroom, two bath condo literally on river’s edge.
The Fall River entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is just 1.5 miles west with downtown Estes Park 3 miles to the east. A peaceful wooded setting with the sights and sounds of the river flowing by. The condo comfortably accommodates for a guest, but it’s also perfect for a couple wanting a little more room.
Easy access to major roads and streets makes this a great choice for a winter getaway. You will enjoy the elk and other wildlife who frequent the river corridor and pass through the condo grounds.
The interior is warm and bright with mountain rustic furnishings. Enjoy the ambience of the gas fireplace while watching the river flowing by.
Spacious bedrooms – bedroom on main level features a king size bed. The upstairs bedroom is a cozy loft space with plenty of privacy, queen size bed and features its own bathroom en suite.
Quality stainless steel appliances highlight the well-stocked kitchen. Lots of glass along the front of the unit look out to the deck and beyond to the river. Additional amenities include WiFI, electric grill, washer/dryer.
Being one unit in a two unit building – which is detached and on the opposite side of the river from the rest of the small complex – means you’re going to experience a more peaceful stay than you’ll find in a larger complex elsewhere in the area

I'm a Colorado native and have had the pleasure of calling Estes Park home for over 20 years. I love the history and scenic beauty of this wonderful town.
Why they chose this property
My grandparents built a cabin in Estes Park in the 1950's and my family has continued to live and vacation here ever since. I am thrilled to offer this sweet condo to others wanting to enjoy and explore Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park. The river, wildlife and tall pines make this place special. The location is ideal-located between town and RMNP.
