The Space:

Sunlight spills through wide windows as palm‑lined streets set the pace for relaxed days near Orlando’s most iconic attractions. Mornings unfold with coffee shared on the patio or a quick dip in the private pool before heading out to the parks. Evenings invite the whole group back together under the Florida sky, where the open living area and outdoor grill become the hub for laughter and stories.



Sleeping arrangements

The villa offers nine bedrooms and six full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests with a total of 13 beds. Two bedrooms and two baths are located on the main floor for easy access, while the remaining seven bedrooms and four baths occupy the upper level, giving everyone space to unwind and privacy when needed.



Outdoor living

Step outside to your private pool w/ optional heat, just beyond the back door. The patio provides room for lounging, grilling, and gathering, perfect for relaxed afternoons or calm evenings after a busy day at the theme parks.



Kitchen & dining

A fully equipped kitchen opens onto a dedicated dining area, making it simple to prepare breakfast, snack, or dinner for the whole group. Open sightlines connect the kitchen, dining table, and living room, encouraging casual conversation and shared meals.



Living spaces

The main living area features generous seating, a large TV, and climate control with air conditioning and heating, keeping the home comfortable year‑round. The open layout flows naturally between the living room, dining space, and kitchen, supporting games, movie nights, or simply hanging out together.



Resort amenities

As a guest of Windsor at Westside, you enjoy free access to shared resort amenities, including a large resort‑style pool, resort water park, lazy river, splash pool, hot tub, fitness center, and a clubhouse with arcade games, bar, and lounge. Sports courts, picnic areas, and additional BBQ spaces are all within walking distance.



Neighborhood

Located off State Road 192 and US 27 near I‑4, the villa sits a short drive from Disney World (20–25 minutes), SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. Shopping, dining, and entertainment options are close by, while the gated community offers a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure.



Pet‑friendly

Your furry companions are welcome, so the whole family can enjoy the stay together.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to all Resort amenities.



The Neighborhood:

An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought after community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse.



Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near.



Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
