Propert was the only that allowed multiple pets and was just as advertised. Beautiful, spacious home for a very decent price for the size and ameninities. Host was very quick and responsive to all questions and the process to check in was extremely easy. Would definitely stay at the same property again if doing another trip

When we arrived we had an issue with pool heat by the time it was resolved it was a day and a half after check in, and it was a lot of back and forth to get that one day refunded for the cost of pool heat. Also gate access and use of off site pool area was also a lot of jumping through hoops as far as letting each member of the party in. Tons of room or a big family.

We loved the house. It accommodated our big (multiple) families. Everyone had space and it didn’t feel too crowded. We did a family reunion gathering to celebrate a birthday and catch up and it was nice, a few were missing but overall we plan on doing this again next year!

The place is nice however the pool heater wasn't working until the 2nd day of our stay. The host did not update us until we left the place. And we didn't get any refund for it.

Family reunion

Everything you could ask for to keep whole family entertained just as advertised. The pool and hot tub is awesome. The arcade room was a huge hit for the adults and younger ones. They also loved the theater room.

We really enjoyed staying on this property. The property owner was very friendly and responded to all our inquiries quickly. The only thing was the pool light was dim so the pool area was very dark at night. Other than that, I would highly recommended this property.

Yearly Family Vacation

The property was exactly like the listing. We throughly enjoyed all of the amenities and access to both the Oasis Club and Retreat Club. The house was in excellent condition and our family of 18 ranging from ages 6 to 76 had a ball. As a next step, I hope there is considartion about installing celiling fans. Overall the stay was pleasurable and enjoyable for our multigenerational family.

Great Spacious Spot Perfect for your next vacay

Me and my family stayed here for 5 days and it was exactly what we needed. It was 20 of us. The house is big and there is ample parking. We all had our own space. The pool was heated to perfection. The kitchen was a great size for us to make big breakfast for our families. The kids loved the game room and the movie room. The whole property was awesome and we definitely suggest others to stay here.

2025 Family Cacation

Beautiful home, as described. Very comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and theater room. Location was OK but we did find it hard to navigate to the parks. Neighbors were difficult very loud music next door , so loud we thought a live band was in our living room , also other neighbors were partying till 3:30 in the morning keeping us from getting rest. We would have complained but wasn’t sure who to call. Otherwise very pleasant stay. I would rent this property again.

Great Family Vacation Home

Overall, Champions Gate Community and the home provided a wonderful vacation. We stayed with three different families over Christmas, and the amenities in the home (pool, game room, TVs) were perfect for the kids, ranging from 2-16 years old. We had 15 people in total, and the home was clean when we checked in. The garbage was picked up a few times a day, which was done well. Our kids loved the two waterparks and their amenities. We encountered a few issues during our stay, the hosts were responsive and addressed most of them.

The washer is very rusted and dust from it falls onto clothes. Dryer was broken and did not work properly. The last people who rented left cooked pieces of meat in the pool. Not enough towels for everyone. Especially if you are not able to use washer and dryer. Otherwise, it was a pretty descent place to stay at. The traffic was awful getting to the parks. It took us about 45 minutes, this may not be where we will be staying again next visit to the parks.

The experience was okay. We discovered the same hairy pillows and sheets that other travelers commented on, but thankfully the property manager had someone bring us clean pillowcases and towels. They didn't supply hand towels or pool towels initially. It definitely feels like they do the very bare minimum for churn-and-burn property management. The comforters in the master bedroom were very dirty. The whole house needs a very deep clean and an instruction manual provided on the home. We were disappointed that we wasted 90 heating the pool when there were no instructions on how to correctly use the pool heat. When I told the manager when we checked out, I was informed that they were just a message away to help but I had already been messaging with them all day about the linens when we tried to use the pool. We were also told that it would be 99 to use the grill during our stay, which was just an old dirty economy grill, thankfully we opted out. We liked that the house was an end unit so there was plenty of grass for the dogs to use and it gave us more privacy. We liked the game room and wish we had more time to use the media room. The location is about 35 minutes from all of the Disney parks and close to restaurants and grocery stores. The community was nice but loud, there were multiple house parties going on throughout the weekend but it didn't bother us. Overall, it was an okay experience and the price was appropriate.
