The pool is seasonal, and details on access, including passes and information, are provided in the cabin and in the rental agreement. We’re always available if anything is unclear or hard to locate. Sorry to hear there was an issue with the heat. The mini-split system can definitely be a bit tricky if you're not used to the remote controls.
