Great little basement suit for my coworker and I to rent for a couple of weeks. My only "warning" is be careful when cooking lol. The smoke detector/fire alarm is very sensitive. I set it off a few times. Once making ribs (actually it went off twice during that), and once in the morning while making toast. Otherwise, it was a nice tidy little basement suit. Thanks for having us Jefferson. Cheers.

Amazing stay, kind hosts

Jeff as a host was very great, lovely chat and always helped out with our questions/requests. We had an extended stay of 1 month and it was super comfortable, quite spacious 2 bedroom unit

Short term stay

We needed to stay for 2-3 weeks and had a cat as well. We were made comfortable and had easy access to the accommodation. The owner was easy to access and addressed our needs in timely manner.

Quick company atay

The hoat was incrssibly nice and welcoming. This was a fresh alternative to renting hotel rooms for my business partner and myelf. The location is great and quiet.

Affordable and comfortable

The property was a little further than I thought but that’s in me, nothing is really too far away in Regina, very accessible to everything on the east end. Easy checkin, affordable.

10/10 Excellent.We stayed for 11 nights while visiting for family in Regina Great location and quiet neighbourhood.The check-in and check-out process was easy and convenient.The suite was easy to access.Everything was tidy and very clean.The host made us feel welcome and would regularly message to make sure our stay was going well and to see if we had any issues. Super comfortable beds.I highly recommend this place, and personally will probably book again for our future visits to Regina

Absolutely not true. I believe this review was not written by the guest as this guest did not know how to navigate through the app through their stay. Someone who claimed to be his Daughter asked for guest’s stay information and I refused to provide information about my guest for guest information protection. There is a TV in the suite and the guest asked for live tv access, we advised that we only provide streaming services which is what is on our advert. Two elderly guest were supported all through their stay. Thanks anyways.

Not a “haven”

Said private but first thing when we entered was looking up staircase with shoes to door to owners suite. Stairs down to rental without private door. Hot and stuffy. Ventilation filled the unit with smell from upstairs cooking and had children thumping overhead. We booked for 7 days and stayed 15 minutes. Owner would not entertain any refund and place has no other bookings over next 4 months. Would never recommend.

This guest viewed the suite and booked it. She checked in and within 5 minutes of checking in, she complained about everything in the suite. The picture on the website shows an open stairs leading into the suite. There is a private door that takes you into the suite and a private door that separates the upstairs and the downstairs, but she said she wanted another door that separates the stairs and the suite. I told the guest unfortunately, that is the design of the house. The guest proceeded with one complaint or the other and decided to leave without letting me know. This is a property that was built in 2022 and the basement suite was developed in 2023, everything inside is brand new as you can see on the website, but the guest had one issue or the other and the fact that someone was staying upstairs. The guest left without letting me know and texted me a few hours after leaving. I allowed her other pet to stay free of charge but that was not enough for her. I will definitely not recommend this guest to any host. My place is on another Short stay website aside Vrbo and always booked. In fact, someone checked out the day guest checked in.
