Built in 2015, this new, clean , 1100 foot bottom half duplex has everything you need including its own private entrance,laundry, heating and central air, and complete kitchen. 65 " Smart TV with internet and Shaw satellite service. Long term tenants(mature couple) occupy main floor suite. Keurig coffee provided for guests.

Clean, comfortable, just like home

Our stay was very enjoyable, excellent communication with the host, everything we needed was provided, very clean home. Was very much a home away from home for the duration of our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as advertised. The property owner was excellent with communications, etc. Very clean and comfortable unit with everything (and more) supplied. Location was very quiet and easy to get around. We were very impressed and highly recommend this property.

A great quiet spot

We travelled to Regina for football and picked this as it was close to mosaic stadium. It was the absolute great choice. It was comfortable and quiet and such a great little spot.

Weekend trip

We had a wonderful time in Regina, thanks to having such a quiet well maintained place to relax. Any questions we had of the host were answered within a few minutes. Really close to Mosaic Stadium complex and easy distance to most places around Regina.

Meet in Regina

My wife and I drove to Regina to meet a friend from Winnipeg we hadn't seen in 5 years. Our dates just happened to align with the Rough Riders home opener, so we joined "Rider Nation" for a day! How convenient to just walk a block and already be on the grounds of the stadium. The suite was perfect for our needs. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The host were amazing!

Hockey Tournament

We loved the location, just a short walk to the Co-opertive Centre arenas. The host even put a coffee pot in the suite when inquired about it. They had a Kurieg but we prefer drip so that's what we got. Bed was super comfortable, slept great. Thanks again. Would stay again for sure.
