Villa Cala - Istrian Villa in Žminj

Villa Cala is located in a small village of Slivari, near the town of Zminj.
Slivari are only 2 kilometers from Žminj which guarantees privacy, but also quick and easy access to all your daily needs.
This authentic Istrian house was built during the 19th century, and completely restored in 2007.
Only the best materials were used for restoration, starting with the oak parquet and handmade furniture.
Despite the restoration the Villa has maintained its warmth, and its distinctive and original appearance.
Villa has an area of 170 m² divided into two floors, and a garden with additional 1300 m² and separate parking space.
Villa Cala consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet. All rooms are located on the first floor.
The ground floor consists of a large lobby, a toilet, a spacious living room with a fireplace and a modern kitchen with dining area. All the bedrooms, including the entrance hall and living room are equipped with air conditioning with options for both heating and cooling. The house also has free wi-fi.

In front of the house there is a large terrace with a table for six, and a beautiful lawn with a swimming pool with built-in night lights. There is also a barbecue made of the famous Istrian stone that follows the tradition of the former building tradition of this region, and behind the pool there is an authentic small Istrian house, known as a 'kazun'.
