Casita miss advertised

Casita was not satisfactory. Toilet did not work, all sinks & faucets did not work. Very un satisfied with the Casita. Main house was OK, except for large amount of bugs in the house.

Cory, We are very sorry to hear you were so dissatisfied with your stay. We had just stayed there the week before you had arrived and all the sinks and toilets worked, and we had the entire villa sprayed for insects a week before we arrived, so this is very shocking! I wish you had sent me a message or contacted our Property Manager so we could have rectified any issues right away, instead of staying there all week and only letting us know in the review. My husband Greg and I have two adult children who are 24 and 22! Our children spent almost their whole lives visiting Mexico and the villa and we are so happy that they now share it with their partners! Over the years we have hosted families, groups of friends, hosted yoga retreats and weddings, rented the villa for fashion shoots and couples wanting a private get away. We love hosting people from all over the world and sharing our beautiful little piece of serenity in the Mayan Riviera, with them!

Why they chose this property

We absolutely fell in love with this area of Mexico and 14 years ago decided to purchase property and build the villa in the residential grounds of Grand Sirenis Resort as it is in a perfect central location in the Mayan Riviera, it is safe and secure, quiet, and surrounded by jungle! We love visiting the residential beach as it is usually completely deserted! It is also fun to buy a day pass and spend time at the resort!

What makes this property unique

We built the villa with plenty of open spaces where our guests can relax and enjoy each other, but we also incorporated private spaces for quiet times. This is why each room has a private balcony, and the rooftop terrace is beautiful to relax and listen to the ocean!
