Located on the east side, our condo offers the perfect blend of beachfront tranquility and urban excitement. Explore the charming streets of downtown, filled with eclectic shops, art galleries, and buzzing nightlife. Sample mouthwatering cuisine at local restaurants or catch a live performance at one of the nearby music venues, all just moments away from your doorstep.

The open-concept living room is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. With the relaxing view of the beach and the sound of the surf, it's the perfect space to unwind!

Leave your cares, pool towels, and other amenities behind. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes and appliances. A generous amount of pool towels are provided and can be exchanged at the front desk as often as needed to enjoy the on-site heated pool and hot tub.

Other onsite amenities for your enjoyment include tennis and pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, picnic grills, and hammocks. Our management team is committed to ensuring your living experience is smooth, enjoyable, and sure to produce fond memories. Prompt response to maintenance requests and a friendly approach make us stand out.

Enjoy easy access to the Seawall and historical district’s parks, shopping, museums, trendy cafes, and cultural hotspots, making your stay as comfortable and customizable as you desire. There are no meters or other hassles of street parking here as parking is in a designated lot on the north side of the building, with other overflow parking available if needed.

Great spot on the beach in Galveston

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the property and the grounds are beautiful. The rental had everything we needed for 2 people. Darkening window treatments in the bedroom due to hallway lights would be nice. The only thing we were disappointed with was the cleanliness of the beach. I would have thought they would clean the area of debris that washes in right in front of the property for guests. The location of the property is perfect; close to everything and not in the crowds. Would stay again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been bringing my family to the Galvestonian for 20 years. But now it seems the board has lost its mind with the rules. You need a Philadelphia lawyer with you to go through all the new rules. Not exactly the laid back island resort we were hoping for for. Yes the property is nice and our condo was adequate, except for the outside light blaring through our bedroom window. The rules committee and the bureaucrats most be bored and sitting around complaining and coming up with rule after rule. I can tell an out of control HOA when I see one. Poor condo owners. The assessments must be unreal. HOA gone wild! Rules rules rules. What a shame.
