Escape to this charming Lighthouse Point Retreat, offering 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a spacious great room layout. The open kitchen is fully outfitted, creating the perfect space for a family retreat. After a day at one of the area's 2 best beaches, unwind by the inviting heated pool or indulge in relaxation in the hot tub. Entertain under the charming tiki hut, creating unforgettable memories. Conveniently located just a short distance from a variety of restaurants, shopping, & of course, the beach.
The space
Primary bedroom offers a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms offer queen size beds. There is a family room off the pool, a formal living room and dining room. Bar seating at kitchen.

Egyptian Cotton towels and 1200 threadcount Sheets are provided for all guests. There are board games for you to use on a rainy day, and the outside area offers pool, hot tub, tiki hut, grill and firepit.

Just a short drive to either Deerfield Beach or Pompano Beach and close to shopping.
Other things to note
There is a book on the living room table with house rules and recommendations for things to do and restaurants to go to. We hope you enjoy your stay. My number is noted on the notebook so if you need anything during your stay please feel free to contact me. $25/day for the pool to be heated.

The house was beautiful and the host was very kind and accommodating. Everything was clean and beautiful when we arrived and the house had everything we could need including a great outdoor area, a well stocked kitchen with everything you could need for cooking which was very helpful. Absolutely amazing stay, wish we could stay forever!

We stayed at this house for five weeks and hated to leave. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, very comfortable beds, plus beautiful furniture and tasteful decor. The heated pool and backyard were great. This was our second year in Lighthouse Point, which is a wonderful, safe community. Also we were very close to shopping and restaurants. Whatever little kinks we encountered were taken care of promptly by Cindy.

We really enjoyed the house itself, but unfortunately our experience with the property manager completely ruined the end of our stay.Before booking, I specifically asked if we could have a 5:00 PM late check out, and Cindy confirmed in writing that we could at no additional cost.On our check out day, while our family was relaxing by the pool and we had just turned on the barbecue to cook lunch, Cindy unexpectedly showed up around 11:00 AM and rudely told us we had to leave immediately because new guests were arriving.When I showed her the messages confirming our late check out, she barely acknowledged them and kept insisting we leave. We had to stop everything, quickly pack our belongings, load the car, and leave while I was carrying our 6 monthold baby. Our relaxing last afternoon instantly turned into a stressful one.What made the situation even more confusing was that while we were packing, the cleaning lady returned and told us that Cindy had said we could stay after all. Those two statements simply don’t add up.If the late check out was no longer possible, a simple message beforehand would have been enough. Instead, we were treated rudely and left feeling completely unwelcome. The house was ok, but the way this situation was handled left a very negative impression.
