BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a starter pack of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Very nice condo, lots of amenities, only negative was the mattress in the master bedroom was not very comfortable. Had a great time as always and the property is excellent.

Beautiful Views!
This unit has beautiful views of the ocean! Besides that it is a great unit to accommodate four couples perfectly. The unit was clean and had basic necessities to start our vacation. We enjoyed our time here and would love to come visit again.

Week in Heaven
Had a great week in a wonderful location. The condo was nice and up-to-date, and all staff was very helpful and responsive to any needs. Nice to not have to fight to get an elevator from so many people in a high rise. Will definitely go back.
We rented this unit because of its size (4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms), its view of the Gulf, and because it sounded more low key than some of the other mega condo complexes. We weren't disappointed on any aspect! Large condo with plenty of room to spread out, huge balcony, fantastic view, and little to no waiting for an elevator.
We typically love staying here. Had to cancel last year because they wouldn’t allow anyone to use the balconies and was told we had to cram all of the balcony furniture inside the unit. Unacceptable. This year, our bar ice maker was broken. Contacted them within 3 hours of check in. Took two more times and a leak under the kitchen sink to get someone up there. That was 3 days later. This is an annual girls beach trip and we’ve stayed here four times. If the layout and location weren’t the best we’ve found in the 30 something years we’ve been doing this, we would probably look somewhere else.
Well it all started with the Front Door NOT being able to Lock which is BAD. Called Maintenance to come fix so 1 person had to stay back until door fixed. Kitchen sink leaking on counter ruined our bread not good. Washer not emptying the water do laundry couldn't get done BAD. Called Beachball Properties again to report. Finally Maintenance came & I told him about Kitchen Faucet & inside door handle came off.Several things didn't go as planned paying that kinda money so we were Disappointed for sure with the cost.Other that Beach was Great & was not crowded which made going out to eat & shop fun.

It's a perfect location. This is the second year for my group. We provided a long list of things that needed to be fixed when we checked in - including a microwave that couldn't be used and was a fire hazard. They brought us a new one. The unit wasn't clean. When we checked in, one of the bathtubs had oil and sand in it. The floors were dirty. I guess the ridiculous part was a sign left in the unit saying WE had to sweep the floors and have the unit cleaned for the next guests. Are you kidding me??? We love this place, but we did get the other names of beach condos when we left.
