Our condo is perfectly situated on the 16th floor East corner with amazing views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master, king in the 2nd bedroom, two Queens in the 3rd bedroom, two Twin over Queen bunks in the 4th bedroom, and a queen sized sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 16.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool that connects with a lazy river and water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Shores II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. The only annoying thing was that we had to wear an arm band around the pool area, but that's a blessing too because then ensure it's for guests only.

The condo and the property is brand new. The condo was well-appointed (except no hair dryer) and decorated beautifully. It felt very spacious and we loved the amazing views from nearly every room. We also loved the fact that the beach is very deep and doesn’t feel crowded, even during the holiday week. Restaurants and stores aren’t walkable from the property, so if that’s something you like, this may not be the place for you. There were some water issues with the building (water in our unit completely shut off twice), which I understand they are trying to work out because it’s brand new and they’re having issues with the water pumps. Working with the company we reserved through to report those outages was not a productive process. Texts and calls went unanswered, and when I finally got them on the phone, it was quite unhelpful. Finally, I went directly to the front desk and they were very helpful and courteous!

My family stayed here for my mom’s 60th birthday celebration. With 8 people it was a super comfortable space and large enough for relaxation. The amenities are great at the facility only when they are open. Unfortunately for our four day stay the pools were closed many times due to weather. I understand needing to keep families safe and liability but it’s hard when you can look all down the strip and see other pools open with people in them while the thunderstorm that the security is worried about is miles away. If you thought it would be great to have an indoor pool with the expectation of Florida summer storms and understanding sometimes pools close for weather do not book this condo. The indoor pool closes whenever the outdoor pool closes for weather. The amenities were beautiful and nice, kept clean, and best part was the tile chosen by the pool deck doesn’t get hot for bare feet. There is no shade by the pool, not a single umbrella offered. They alsoDon’t have their grills in. So even though the listings state there are grills, and the condo does come equipped with grilling utensils it is misleading. The electricity went off three different times through out our stay and even on our check out day the water in the condo was turned off. I understand this is a brand new facility and still getting the kinks out. It was a blessing to stay in such a beautiful condo for the price offered. Just minimal things I want others to be prepared for for their future stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is beautiful, let me start by saying that. However, there were some things that I felt, for the price we paid, should not have been issues. The first thing was a loss of power to the whole building, which left people stranded in an elevator for about an hour. The second issue I had was that a lot of the electrical outlets did not work, especially the ones by the bed. I had to choose between having the lamp on or charging my phone at night. They had 1 electrical outlet in the kitchen with USB and USB-C plugs, but those didn't work. Third, these units should have vacuums. Giving someone a broom for a 4-bedroom unit is crazy, especially on the beach. Fourth and final thing, the BBQ grills were not working yet. We had 2 meals based on using the BBQ pits and had to figure out something else for dinner that day(hamburgers/steak). This should have been communicated to us prior to booking or during check-in. Overall, it's a beautiful property. We all loved it, ages 2 to 81, especially the slide and lazy river. The kids could play, and the adults could float. The attention to the small details matters, though, and I feel like those things need attention.
