My wife and I have just retired and live in Newnan, Ga. We enjoy spending time with our grown children, their spouses, and our 6 grandchildren. The mountains are a place we each enjoy visiting and getting recharged. We like to host so that others who enjoy the mountains can get away with their families and unplug if they like.

Why they chose this property

While at Eagles Nest, it feels as though you are far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, however, in 5 minutes, you can be in the middle of all of that. We wanted a place with no yard, a place for an outdoor fire, and a great view.

What makes this property unique

We are at an elevation that allows you to see the mountains, but not so high that you see the tops of buildings in town. The drive to higher elevations in our area can be very steep. The hot tub provides and ideal setting to relax at the end of a day hiking, rafting, fishing, or shopping in town.
