Exactly as pictured. Very nicely maintained cabin. Quiet with the exception of a nearby dog, but he settled down after 11:00 pm. One of the bedrooms is down an unusually steep set of stairs, so be aware, but the place is cozy and comfortable.

Cozy cabin! It’s a quiet little place nearby to town. The place was perfect for my husband and I plus our two dogs. Loved that it was dog friendly. Although it had two other beds, I’m not sure we could have had more people. The main living areas are small so ideally I think the place is perfect for a couple or small family. We had a lot of fun going to a wedding at the Tiger mountain vineyard and it was a short 2 min drive back to our cabin. Lots of hiking nearby, we went to a great trail with a waterfall for the dogs to play in. Great dining options in Clayton as well which is a short 10 min drive. Overall we loved the place!

We experienced a yellow jacket infestation inside the home and, unfortunately, were unable to stay for the second night of our reservation. The host was very responsive and communicated promptly throughout the situation. However, due to a severe allergy to yellow jackets, we could not safely remain in the property, as they were present in the master bedroom.The host offered to have someone come clean the area and advised that a pest control company would inspect the issue after our checkout. While we appreciate the host's responsiveness and efforts to address the problem, the safety concern prevented us from completing our stay.
