Host made it super easy with communication and reserving an extra day for my wife’s bday. Don’t pay attention to the reviews on it being hard to get into the building or figure out parking because every spot is labeled and the front door clearly states 5 second delay after code is entered. Just follow the very detailed instructions and it is such a beautiful view with your own beach area to enjoy away from the main strip along with all your beach needs if you forgot chairs umbrellas and towels like we did.

The place was clean and cute and right on the water :) My only recommendations for improvements are to have one or two more options for pillows and blankets, provide full size bath towels, and improve the check-in/check-out process. We arrived at night and the tiny access to the parking lot was not obvious and it wasn’t in the instructions . I also had to dig to find the check-in details and ask the host for checkout details. All minor things and easily addressable. My daughter and I had a nice stay!!

From the moment we opened the door the view took our breath away. The room was spotless and odor free. Everything about this trip was amazing. The hosts were easy to contact, everything was easy and clear, and again.......the view! Breathtaking!

Beautiful rental. No issues whatsoever! There was a full moon over the ocean during our visit making the views even more spectacular. We took ubers (10) each way to the downtown for dinner and casino time. Will be back!

Beautiful views and very clean bed was only a full so lots of cuddling wasn’t able to use the beach across the street due to the timing of low tide but did walk it when low but overall much nicer and closer to the ocean and you could hear it especially when high tide thank you

Room was clean and bright. Ability to make coffee and light meals in room was appreciated. Keyless entry to building and room were helpful. Views of ocean and beach were outstanding! Property is located across the street from beach entrance for easy access. Host was very responsive. Thank you for a great stay. Looking forward to another visit.
