Well appointed right on the beach and super clean! Fit our friend group of 10 perfectly and comfortably. Right on the beach, which has recently been re-nourished so it's nice and large. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a multigenerational family staying here, and this place was perfect. The house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was massive for cooking or making tropical drinks, the views to the beach were spectacular, and the walk to the beach was so easy. This beach is relatively empty (compared to more western pandhandle beaches) which meant we had so much space to ourselves.

The property was exactly as in the pictures. Clean, beautiful, exactly as described. Patrick was a dream to deal with, prompt and professional. My only regret is we didn’t stay longer. The beach was so peaceful and hardly any crowds, which we absolutely LOVED.

Fabulous House just steps from the Gulf

Very nice and well maintained home directly on the beach. Plenty of space to enjoy with family and incredible sunsets. Best family get away in a long time!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously! The property was clean, clean, clean (I’m very picky) and well kept. There was an issue with the AC while we were there, but the host, Patrick, handled it amazingly. He got an HVAC company out to look at it the same day and they made the decision to replace it while we were there. The whole thing was handled so well, we never felt like we were inconvenienced. And, bonus for future guests, there’s a brand new AC unit! We will absolutely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful place

Went for a 50th birthday and had a total of 13 guest. This place was perfect. Doesn’t get any closer to the beach than this!

Great getaway

Perfect for a large group with kids and grandparents!

This house was just what we needed for a vacation with extended family. The house was located right on the beach (ocean only steps away). There was plenty of space and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware.

Loved the living area being on the 2nd floor instead of the 3rd! Everyone was able to sleep in late without little feet waking us up! Great layout for a large group!

Wonderful beach trip home for a family group

Our family, ages 8 to 70, spent a wonderful week at A Wave From It All. The location is incredibly convenient. The deck is steps from the beach and the ocean. It’s so easy for someone to run up to the house and grab anything you need. It was easy to run up and check on our dogs. The dog friendly beach in Cape San Blas is a wonderful addition! The number of bedrooms and full/queen/king size beds was perfect for our group. The large kitchen and seating area was great for daily meals.
