Thanks for letting me stay here! I highly recommend this place. This place is very spacious, including living room, full kitchen, and bed room. Located in a quiet residential. It's close from a main bus route and easy access to the downtown. There are lots of restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance. Oh, don't forget to visit City Park a few blocks from here. There are a zoo, natural and science museum , and more.I would come back to this place when I'm visiting Denver. Thanks!
Absolutely the best place to stay. It has walking distance of anything you could possibly want. The coffee shop, the Thai foods. make sure all of the restaurants are absolutely amazing.
I stayed a week at this City Park Basement Apt. It was a sudden visit and I needed a certain location. Communication with the owner was respectful and informative. The previous reviews I read were accurate; the basement apartment was wonderfully appointed and perfect for my needs. The neighborhood felt warm and inviting, (Loved the locally owned coffee venue across the street. Also, there were several small bistro-type restaurants (excellent) nearby. An A-plus stay for anyone.
Clean and updated apartment in a great part of town. Perfect for us since our son lives nearby. Across the street from a coffee shop and several restaurants. A short walk to City Park. We'll definitely stay here again.
This was a great place to stay in a nice area! Rebecca was so helpful and communicative. The bed is very firm though, just as a heads up to those who have a preference. Everything else was perfect!
The property was just as advertised and everything we were looking for. There is so much available to guests within walking distance. We will definitely stay there again when visiting Denver.

Great Location
God location, comfortable place, could use more morning coffee accommodation. A simple french press would do
This is the second time I have stayed here, and I will stay again in the future. The place is perfect and the neighborhood is so nice with a couple restaurants, coffee shop, in a great neighborhood bar. Great neighborhood vibe with lots of people walking their dogs. Host was amazingly responsive.
I've stayed here several times for work nearby, and will continue to do so in the future. The flat is clean and comfortable. Love the neighborhood. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance.
This place was great!Stayed for a few days, everything was clean and comfortable. The location is super great as well, very easy to walk/lime all across the city. Some main streets a couple blocks away can be a place where some unhoused people congregate later into the evening, but they're all friendly enough - and the location of this spot was pretty tucked away from it all and felt completely safe.I'd highly recommend this place for sure!
This is my second time staying here. It’s close to my son’s apartment and right across the street from St Mark’s Coffee Shop. Also close to nice restaurants. Bed is so comfy and the whole space is cozy, clean, and nicely decorated. Highly recommend
Seamless check in process. Appreciated the bright outdoor light at the entrance. Updated, very clean, nice shower, comfortable bed and felt safe in home and area. It’s in the basement of a house and was just fine, but my last night there was a bit noisy above me until later in the evening. Would recommend overall though and would stay there again.
Location was the reason for our stay. Place suited us perfectly. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Liked St. Mark's coffee across the street as well as 17th St. Liquors. Good selections. Would definitely recommend.
Due to an urgent hospital visit, I flew in early morning. The host is very kind to allow me to check-in early, hours early, without any additional charges. Very nice host and better person!

Loved this basement apartment. I will stay here everytime I am in Denver if it is available. Comfortable bed and pillows. All the kitchen appliances. Just loved it. It was perfect for me.
I loved this apartment. It is a very well decorated basement. It did not feel like a basement. Everything you need is there. Bed was comfortable, bathroom and kitchen were well-equipped. Every morning I had coffee across the street at St Mark’s and was able to walk to my son’s apartment nearby. I highly recommend staying here.
We stayed for 3 nights to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday. The location was very convenient and central to everything we were doing. There is a number of places to eat and drink, within walking distance , and also plenty of Lime scooters and bikes to take. We’d 100% stay again! Side note, if you’re over 6 feet tall, over 200 lbs, or have mobility issues, you’re going to have a hard time on the small toilet.
The apartment was perfect for my short stay. There was only a k-cup coffee machine and no k-cups. Even through St Mark's is across the street, it would be better to have a coffee maker or be stocked. Otherwise, cute place. Classic Cap Hill.

Nice Apartment
It was a nice clean basement apartment. Parking is a little tricky trying to find a place on the street. The living room has 3 basement windows, with no blinds. So, siting watching TV, watching people go by, that can look right in is a little unsettling.
Other than that, it was clean and a nice place to stay.
Excellent space for a home away from home. It was clean, secure, and had a lot of places to go simply get a taste of Denver. It was my first visit and if I get to return, I'll want to book this VRBO again!
