Escape to a Mid Century Modern La Jolla retreat! Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac street above Bird Rock minutes from the beach. Stunning ocean views, great location, stylish furnishings, and a tranquil atmosphere.
Relax in the comfortable living spaces or unwind and dine in front of the ocean on the outdoor deck and patio. With its serene ambiance and convenient location to beaches, attractions, downtown and more, this little piece of paradise offers the perfect oasis. Other important things to note:
**IMPORTANT** The home is located in a residential neighborhood. NO PARTIES and NO LOUD MUSIC or NOISE. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Maximum number of guests: 5
• AIR CONDITIONING is not included -- you likely won't miss it! Most of La Jolla homes do not have AC as the coast provides a moderate (~65-78) temperatures year round and there is a natural cool breeze from the hill that flows through the home. Layout & Lifestyle:

Please load all the used dishes in the dishwasher and clean all of the sinks, and any spills or messes. Clean refrigerator to how it was when arrived.
Please dump all of trash and recycling in the trash bins outside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
